We all love movies, books, television shows, and music. In the words of Congressman Doug Collins (@DougCollinsGA), we are “transported by the passion and creativity of others.” Luckily, Rep. Collins also understands that we cannot take this enjoyment for granted. It takes strong copyright protections to encourage the creation of the entertainment we love! #StandCreative #Rocketman @RocketmanMovie (Footage from “Rocketman: Anatomy of a Musical,” an event we recently hosted in Washington, DC to show what it takes to make a movie like “Rocketman” and why strong intellectual property protections are necessary for creative industries to thrive.) #movies #books #tvshows #music #creativity #passion

Editing Hundreds of Hours Into a Film | "Rocketman: Anatomy of a Musical"

Making a film is quite the undertaking. Production crews film hundreds of hours of material that editors, like Chris Dickens, have to piece together into a coherent story – and that’s not even the half of it. So, next time you find yourself questioning why a film was so bad, you should be asking yourself how movies like "Rocketman” are so good! #StandCreative(Footage from “Rocketman: Anatomy of a Musical,” an event we recently hosted in Washington, DC to show what it takes to make a movie like “Rocketman” and why strong intellectual property protections are necessary for creative industries to thrive.)
