“CreativeFuture congratulates Daniel Marti on his confirmation today to serve as the next Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator. His extensive experience in intellectual property, including copyright and trademark, along with his understanding of the challenges facing the creative community, make him an excellent choice to coordinate federal activities that can promote a vibrant creative economy. After a significant gap with no IPEC in place, we look forward to working with Mr. Marti on initiatives that support the fundamental right of creatives to be fairly compensated for their work. ”
